Terms and refunds

• Purchases are digital goods inside LumbreMC and are delivered automatically to the username you enter.
• Check your username before paying: we cannot move a purchase to another account.
• Payments are not refunded once the product is delivered, except for our own mistakes. A chargeback or refund blocks new purchases on that account until reviewed.
• If you do not receive your purchase, contact us on Discord with your username and order number.
